This is a tutorial which I made, after searching long and hard for information about how to do the above.
It is in PDF form, and I have also included a doc format version, an odf version and an avi – oh, and pictures.
It is not meant to be perfect, of course, but I hope it can be helpful … please forgive errors and omissions.
