Once upon a time, in a hole in the wall, there lived a Gnobbit. Not a nice, clean, tidy hole, this was a dirty, filthy, Gnobbit hole, and our particular Gnobbit. What's a Gnobbit? Go look it up, and stop interrupting when I am telling you my story.
Anyhow, this particular Gnobbit wanted out of his hole and so when the wandering Wizard Ghostman. I am sure you have all heard of him, the Gnobbit said, please please please take me with you and let go on a grand adventure.
Little did the wise old kind hearted and sympathetic Wizard know what a pain in the (you know where – this is a kiddie tale after all) that Gnobbit would be. Well, Ghostman did his best to discourage the Gnobbit. Even tried to kill him off a couple of times, but in the end found himself stuck with the Gnobbit and having to make him into something better. Something more useful than a Gnobbit in a hole in the wall. But that is another story, children, for another bedtime.
Sleep well. And don't let those mean old nasty Orcs come in the middle of the night and cut off your noses and toes. You know they will try, just as soon as you nod off. Ha ha.
