The classic college dorm room required students to share the accommodations. It was expensive enough to pay for going to school, even more difficult to find a room mate you could live with.
At least you could decorate the walls to make it a little more personal. And the furniture was included. Student desk and chair, a comfortable single twin bed as well.
Posters can easily accept custom artwork. Plenty of material zones, allow customization. Includes the second smaller dorm room across the hallway allowing for larger scene, and entering and exiting shots. The doors and the windows are functional and open and close. The drawers on the desk open and close individually as well. The books, paperbacks and binders are also included.
