Conspiracy Joe's Mobile Home
Old Joe is one of the longest residents of the mobile park, living in a beaten up mobile home from the early 1980s with a huge, old style satellite dish on the top. Known as Conspiracy Joe, he watches an old style cabinet TV because "they can't see through it" and uses an old but strangely upgraded computer and terminal to store his secret files and communicate with other buffs. His home is littered with old dishes, booze and cereal boxes. He is a believer in all things conspiracy.
