It's a combined pack of a crop top jacket with a micro-bikini set for maximum effect. This biker-chick bikini product comes fully packed with two Iray materials: black leather and red pvc along with steel or polished zippers.
All fabric based articles of clothing are dForce / cloth simulation ready. And they should be perfectly fine to use and render in most instances without even requiring any additional simulations.
